These deeply restorative sessions blend traditional Usui Reiki with Holy Fire® and Karuna Reiki® as well as body scanning, intuitive guidance, and mind‑body practices. I begin by connecting with your energy field, scanning for trapped emotions or blocked patterns. We move through guided breathwork and gentle meditation to calm your nervous system. I channel Reiki energy through your chakra system, clearing stagnation, releasing trauma and restoring harmony. Information and messages comes through for further healing and growth. Each session concludes with integration and intuitive coaching to help you embody what has shifted and proceed forward in empowerment.
