Cancellation Policy

All bookings are confirmed upon payment and/or payment arrangements with Nichole. Private Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. No-shows are non-refundable. Classes & Workshops: Due to limited space, class registrations are non-refundable but may be transferable to another participant with prior approval. Retreats & Events: Retreat deposits are non-refundable. Refund policies for full retreat payments will be outlined in each specific retreat agreement. If a retreat must be cancelled by the Practitioner due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund of payments made (excluding travel expenses) will be provided. Online Offerings: Digital products, recordings, and online programs are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you are unable to attend due to emergency or illness, please reach out. Exceptions may be considered at the Practitioner’s discretion. New Earth Awakening reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events if necessary. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly. By completing a booking, submitting payment, or participating in any service offered through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Policies, and Waiver provisions.
